(Own report) - On the occasion of the 20 anniversary of the opening of the Berlin Wall, the German Chancellor is calling for the establishment of a new world order. Monday, at a conference focusing on the consequences of the GDR's collapse, Angela Merkel declared that the United States must be prepared to subordinate itself to multinational organizations, because without "more multinational cooperation" this will "not be a peaceful world". Merkel's remarks reflect Germany's drive, over the past 20 years, to break US hegemony and itself become a world power. Berlin has significantly increased its power, with its persistent expansionist policy over the past few years - also through military means. In 1990, Washington put through West Germany's annexation of the GDR against the resistance of Britain and France. But today on the occasion of the anniversary celebrations, criticism of its rival can be heard in Washington. Germany has become "more powerful, more influential and more dominant than ever before," according to the US press. In reference to Berlin's striving for domination, critics are warning that Germany remains "difficult" and "not entirely a settled place."
The New Order
The USA must be prepared in the future, to abide by multinational agreements, the German Chancellor demanded during a conference on Monday, focused on the global consequences of the November 9, 1989 opening of the Berlin Wall. Evidently Washington has a hard time "simply giving up a couple of responsibilities to the International Monetary Fund or any other international organization" said Angela Merkel. The USA is "inexperienced" in going along with majority decisions, for example, in the UN.[1] The "most intriguing question" of the next few years will be whether "nation-states will be ready and able" to "relinquish responsibilities to multilateral organizations - regardless of the consequences." According to the German chancellor, global peace is dependant upon this. "This will not be a peaceful world," Merkel declared, "if we don't create more global order and more multilateral cooperation." Her demands for more "multilateral cooperation" are identical to those that the USA gives up influence.
Rise
The German Chancellor is not by chance expressing the craving - stronger than ever - for participation in world policy decisions on the 20th anniversary of the demise of the German Democratic Republic (GDR). The Federal Republic of Germany's (FRG) annexation of the GDR and the opening of traditional German eastern regions of expansion have been decisive factors for the rise of this larger Germany in world policy-making. In the 1990s Bonn, then Berlin, accompanied its conquest of economic and political hegemony over Eastern and Southeastern Europe with the German army's first military intervention since 1945. Based on its newly strengthened position, the FRG continued its expansion to Asia and Africa - also accompanied by military interventions, for example in Afghanistan or Sudan. Berlin's standing is being strengthened by its domination of the EU, which, since 1989, has also made enormous progress. Through Brussels, Germany has at its disposal a competitive currency to the US dollar and soon a European foreign minister and EU armed forces ("Battle Groups") for intervening globally. The Lisbon Treaty, soon to take effect, will oblige EU member states to a military buildup.[2]
World Power
In the long run, this represents a power potential that need not shy away from being measured against the USA. For some time, German political advisors have been anticipating this development. Werner Weidenfeld, ex-Chancellor Helmut Kohl's advisor, had considered already in 2003 that the "the European Union's potential" comes "closest to the world power, USA."[3] In that same year, the Center for Applied Policy Research (CAP), of which Weidenfeld is the director, pronounced the alternatives confronting Brussels: "suffer demise or rise to world power."[4] In 2006, the foundation of the German Bertelsmann media group considered that soon "the unipolar moment will be over, in which the United States will be the sole center for world policy." The future world constellation will be clearly reminiscent of "the struggle of the major 19th Century European powers." The foundation reports that "in think tanks and government staff rooms this perspective is already taking shape and, in a few areas of great power policy, it seems to already become decisive."[5] Appreciations such as these form the backdrop for the German chancellor's demands that the USA give up power.
Not Entirely Settled
Germany's strivings for world power status is creating irritation in Washington. 20 years ago, in spite of Great Britain and France's objections, the USA put through the annexation of the GDR by the FRG, thereby creating the basis for the international rise of this larger Germany. Today the US press writes that Germany functions with an intensifying "sense of self-interest" lacking consideration for its allies.[6] The most significant example is its close cooperation with Russia, which in the view of several EU states, weakens, or even endangers, the cohesiveness of that international alliance. For all its "democratic strengths," Germany remains "a difficult, not entirely settled place." John Kornblum, a former US ambassador to Germany, had just previously expressed a similar thought. In an article appearing in the German press, he wrote that Germany followed its "own instincts, with little apparent concern for European, let alone Atlantic unity."[7]
More Dominant Than Ever
Just last week a US journal published reflections on Germany, which has continued to grow "more powerful, more influential and more dominant than ever before."[8] Thanks to Angela Merkel, this has not led to "rising anxiety and mumbling about the Fourth Reich," explains the journal. Her personal manner provokes "no jealousy or competitiveness among the alpha males who run large countries" and she inspires "no fear among the citizens of smaller ones." Merkel speaks constantly of "friendship," after which "she returns home and works to make Germany stronger and more dominant in the region. And everyone smiles." This explanation overlooks the ties, with which Germany binds EU states to itself, making open criticism nearly impossible. But it does show the obvious irritations that are beginning to spread in the US establishment over the German challenge.

The Israelite Origins of the United States
This recent exchange with a gentleman at the History Channel Forum is just in time for Thanksgiving Day. God help us to remember our Hebrew roots and biblical responsibilities and always have an attitude of gratitude for His tender mercies!
The twelve tribes themselves are not European in origin
The Twelve Tribes of Israel - the Anglo-Saxon-Celtics and white peoples of Northwestern Europe -- are Israelite in origin. We're the so-called "Lost Ten Tribes." We were taken captive by the Assyrians and later, as prophesied, migrated north and west into Europe and King David's dynasty continues in the Sceptered Isle.
Of the 12,000 from each tribe to be taken on judgement day, how many do you think will be of mixed blood?
If they're so mixed the Holy Spirit wouldn't have inspired John to write specifically of the unique tribes of Israel. They're obviously not "mixed" enough to disqualify them from being considered, in God's eyes, this or that specific tribe of Israel. Undoubtedly we have married among ourselves to some extent, yet still this or that tribe dominates in our ancestry, having sifted through various countries (we can say we're English, Irish, Dutch), but we're still ISRAELITES.
When Revelations was written the author probably had no idea that the Jews would have dispersed across the globe as they have or intermarried as they have with other peoples
John was a prophet and the Holy Spirit undoubtedly inspired him to know the other prophecies in the Law and the Prophets that clearly foretold the reach and expansion of all Twelve Tribes to the far ends of the Earth - not just the Jews! The Jews are only a small part of the big family of Jacob-Israel.
It's written in Amos that we (the Northern 10-tribed Kingdom of Israel) would migrate, sift through the nations, and yet not lose our identity (as far as our ethnic make-up is concerned, our basic DNA).

God's mercy extends to all peoples, although His plan calls for the Jews (and Israelites) first and then the Gentiles. God has called our peoples, the Jews and the Joes, Israelites, to ultimately become His Servant Nation to bless all nations.
I am a Joe (descended from Joseph/Anglo-Saxon-Celtic heritage), as well as a Jew, scion of King David, as our family goes back to the British and Scottish Royal Families. Apparently I'm also a descendant of two Mayflower Pilgrims, John and Priscilla Alden, and collateral descendant of three American presidents.

The United States was given primarily to the descendants of Joseph and the other Northern tribes of Israel, with some Jews living among us (even though God has given them a Jewish Homeland).
Just like ancient Israel had to be willing to fight to secure their inheritance, so did we. Sometimes we were more honorable than others, just like Jacob with Esau, but regardless Manifest Destiny was to be and was fulfilled in us. We didn't take from the natives as it wasn't theirs to begin with -- it belongs to our Great Creator God and to whomsoever He gives it, as is His divine prerogative.
The various natives took from each other and had a violent history towards different tribes and were carried away with their raw paganism. Some were more advanced than others.
Deuteronomy 6:10-12
10 “So it shall be, when the LORD your God brings you into the land of which He swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give you large and beautiful cities which you did not build, 11 houses full of all good things, which you did not fill, hewn-out wells which you did not dig, vineyards and olive trees which you did not plant—when you have eaten and are full— 12 then beware, lest you forget the LORD...
we built the cities, invented our gadgets and things, built a gargantuan economy, paved the roads, assembled a massive military, etc. all by ourselves. God had nothing to do with these things
God works in and through and for people at the same time. He warned us not to develop such an unhealthy and pompous attitude of vainly imagining we did all these things without His help and inspiration, even giving us the health to accomplish great things. God has blessed our efforts. It's true that God helps those who help themselves. The "Protestant work ethic" is a biblical work ethic.

9 a land in which you will eat bread without scarcity, in which you will lack nothing; a land whose stones are iron and out of whose hills you can dig copper. 10 When you have eaten and are full, then you shall bless the LORD your God for the good land which He has given you. 11 "Beware that you do not forget the LORD your God by not keeping His commandments, His judgments, and His statutes which I command you today, 12 lest—when you have eaten and are full, and have built beautiful houses and dwell in them; 13 and when your herds and your flocks multiply, and your silver and your gold are multiplied, and all that you have is multiplied; 14 when your heart is lifted up, and you forget the LORD your God...17 then you say in your heart, 'My power and the might of my hand have gained me this wealth.'

As Abraham Lincoln warned, he said we had forgotten our Great God and encouraged all to repent and pray that God might save our nation. We were spared that God might fulfill His many prophecies, His wonderful promises to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob about the peace and prosperity of their descendants because of ABRAHAM'S OBEDIENCE.
God has given us these many things and wonderful years and we have forgotten him as self-made men and women who vainly imagine we don't need God and this is all our doing, the work of our hands, so God - who controls the weather - will strip these things out of our hands and show us how we're at His mercy to humble us and bring us back to Him and remind us to keep His commandments, His holy Sabbath and biblical festivals, the "Jewish holidays," and reject the replacement theology and pagan holidays of bloody Rome!
If we have god to thank for the invention of the airplane then we have him to thank for 9/11.
That's just plain ridiculous. What we do with a gift is our responsibility. Everything has the potential to be a blessing or a curse. God gives us free moral agency to determine what we will for ourselves, what we will do with what we've been given: whether we'll squander our inheritance or use it wisely, with an attitude of gratitude and loving obedience.
I see you conveniently did not address Isaiah 24 I quoted, which says:
1. Behold, the LORD makes the earth empty, He makes it waste, and turns it upside down, and scatters abroad its inhabitants.
2. And it shall be, that as it is with the people, so with the priest; as it is with the servant, so with his master; as it is with the maid, so with her mistress; as it is with the buyer, so with the seller; as it is with the lender, so with the borrower; as it is with the taker of usury, so with the payer of usury to him.
3. The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD has spoken this word. 4 The earth mourns and fades away, the world languishes and fades away, the haughty people of the earth languish.
13. When this happens: in the midst of the land among the people, it shall be as the shaking of an olive tree, and like the gleaning grapes when the vintage is done. 14 They shall lift up their voice, they shall sing for the majesty of the LORD, they shall cry aloud from the sea. 15 Wherefore glorify you the LORD in the fires, even the name of the LORD God of Israel in the isles of the sea. 16. From the furthermost part of the earth have we heard songs, even glory to the righteous. These verses prophesy destruction of everything and everybody which does not jibe with what you're telling me.
I did not ignore it and I did address it. Mankind will get to the point of no return: except for divine intervention no flesh would be saved alive, no human being would remain, just as Yahshua and the Prophets foretold. Within that Scripture it reveals survivors who are praising God, which I have highlighted.
Matthew 24:21-22
21 For then there will be great tribulation [Time of Jacob's Trouble], such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake [the physical descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob] those days will be shortened.
Isaiah 1:9

Isaiah 43:1-3

God always saves a remnant to keep His promise alive to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob that He would be their God and the God of their descendants (which means they must always have some descendants). This GOOD NEWS is why the first chapter of Beyond Babylon: Europe's Rise and Fall is appropriately called, "Survival Guaranteed!"

But I said, My leanness, my leanness, woe to me! the treacherous dealers have dealt treacherously; yes, the treacherous dealers have dealt very treacherously. 17 Fear, and the pit, and the snare, are upon you, O inhabitant of the earth. 18 And it shall be, that he who flees from the noise of the fear shall fall into the pit; and he who comes up out of the midst of the pit shall be caught in the snare: for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth shake. 19 The earth is completely broken down, the earth is fully dissolved, the earth is exceedingly moved. 20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and its transgression shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.
These verses prophesy destruction of everything and everybody which does not jibe with what you're telling me.
I did not ignore it and I did address it. Mankind will get to the point of no return: except for divine intervention no flesh would be saved alive, no human being would remain, just as Yahshua and the Prophets foretold. Within that Scripture it reveals survivors who are praising God, which I have highlighted.
Matthew 24:21-22
21 For then there will be great tribulation [Time of Jacob's Trouble], such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake [the physical descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob] those days will be shortened.
Isaiah 1:9
9 Unless the LORD of hostsHad left to us a very small remnant,
We would have become like Sodom,
We would have been made like Gomorrah.
Isaiah 43:1-3
1 But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob,
And He who formed you, O Israel:
“ Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by your name;
You are Mine.
2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned,
Nor shall the flame scorch you.
3 For I am the LORD your God,The Holy One of Israel, your Savior;
I gave Egypt for your ransom,
Ethiopia and Seba in your place.
God always saves a remnant to keep His promise alive to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob that He would be their God and the God of their descendants (which means they must always have some descendants). This GOOD NEWS is why the first chapter of Beyond Babylon: Europe's Rise and Fall is appropriately called, "Survival Guaranteed!"

Ravaged by the Weather and War
Thomas Jefferson was moved to remark: "My God! How little do my countrymen know what precious blessings they are in possession of, and which no other people on earth enjoy!" -- not until drought, famine, and supernatural disasters strip our cupboards bare, and EMPTY our grocery shelves, will we know how good we've had it! Only when America goes hungry, will she remember how full she was!
President Abraham Lincoln proclaimed April 30, 1863, as a NATIONAL DAY OF FASTING, HUMILIATION AND PRAYER, and spoke these words: "We have been the recipients of the choicest bounties of heaven. We have been preserved, these many years, in peace and prosperity. We have grown in numbers, wealth and power, as no other nation has ever grown. But we have forgotten God. We have forgotten the gracious hand which preserved us in peace, and multiplied and enriched and strengthened us; and we have vainly imagined, in the deceitfulness of our hearts, that all these blessings were produced by some superior wisdom and virtue of our own. Intoxicated with unbroken success, we have become too self-sufficient to feel the necessity of redeeming and preserving grace, too proud to pray to the God that made us! It behooves us, then to humble ourselves before the offended Power, to confess our national sins, and to pray for clemency and forgiveness."
God heard and answered those prayers! Judgment was forestalled. But where's a leader today with the moral courage and spiritual vision, to strongly recommend that "We, the People" humble ourselves and pray, let alone fast? We've got to have our three meals a day, with plenty of snacks in between! But DROUGHT is going to force us to fast! God's going to suddenly withhold the rain, in various parts of our countries, destroying our crops. Floods will rot the rest (Amos 4:7-8)!
We're supposed to enjoy a reciprocal relationship with God, but we haven't. Since we've failed to offer up prayers, God's not going to send down rain! Both our parched land and lives NEED God's Holy Spirit! We've got to learn the spiritual relationship between the heavens and the earth - they're interdependent!
We need to fast and pray, now, to be spared from further misery: "...if My people who are called by my name (professing Christian countries) will humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land" (2 Chronicles 7:14).
Instead of becoming a model-nation we've become a STRIPPER! We've taken all the fine things that God's given us and laid them out before foreigners! (Hosea 2:1-13) We've squandered our time and energy in pagan ways and heathen practices! Therefore, God's going to STRIP AWAY OUR PEACE AND PROSPERITY! We're going to be left exposed to the elements and stripped bare before NAKED AGGRESSION! Since we refuse to return to God, we'll be sent back into SLAVERY!
We're a nation of DRUNKS AND WHORES - so God's going to let us hit bottom so hard it'll appear we'll never bounce back! God's no longer going to enable us to carry on in our ways, drinking ourselves to death and dying for sex. We've gone from bad to worse: "You have stricken them, but they have not grieved; You have consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction. They have made their faces harder than rock; they have refused to return" (Jeremiah 5:3).
We've become so hard-hearted, so cold and cruel, nothing seems to faze us anymore, but God's taking away His protective shield (Isaiah 5:5). We're going to be ravaged by the weather and our enemies! But we don't attribute the dramatic increase in "natural disasters" and crazy weather to a spiritual upheaval. We would rather blame "global warming" than global sin. We fail to see any connection between our land and our lives, even though Solomon was wise enough to know there's a link (1 Kings 8:35-40). We should realize that nature doesn't have a mind of its own, but can be used by our Creator to get us thinking (Jeremiah 5:20-25).
God says because He's called us on many different occasions, and we've refused to answer; we've broken the olive branch every time He's extended it; we've flatly rejected what He's advised us to do, and didn't want to be told we weren't living right - laughing at God's people as old-fashioned, and making fun of them for believing the Bible and thinking they're crazy for warning about Europe (who will deal the death blow to our sick and dying country) instead of taking them seriously: "I also will laugh at your calamity, I will mock when your terror comes... When distress and anguish come upon you. Then they will call upon me, but I WILL NOT ANSWER; they will seek me diligently, but they will not find me" (Proverbs 1:24-33).
Who likes a fair-weather friend? Who's willing to play second fiddle to anyone or anything in a right relationship? Does God want us to only look Him up when we're short on cash or need to get out of jail? Is God impressed with our attention when all our distractions have been stripped away? When we can finally hear Him and listen to what He has to say because we no longer own a loud stereo or television set (because our homes have been blown up, destroyed or looted)? CONCENTRATION CAMPS will help us to learn to THINK again!
As our CREATOR, God's going to dispatch the forces of nature to bring His Message home! "And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; men's hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken" (Luke 21: 25-26).
We need to WAKE UP and realize this is all symptomatic of our sick condition. Earth reflects our relationship with Heaven. The reason we experience upset weather is because there's a SPIRITUAL UPHEAVAL in our lives! These bizarre acts of creation warn us we're out of sync with the Scriptures - again, not because of "global warming" but because of global sin.
WHAT WILL WE DO ABOUT IT? Will we remain ignorant and indifferent and die, or turn around as a people and nation and save ourselves from suffering further consequences for disobedience? (Daniel 9:11.) God help us to see it's only going to get worse if we don't get better. God help us to be spared from national destruction, defeat and deportation!
